1. If you want to keep your knife like a professional, you just need to be more careful for about two minutes. We recommend that you wash your knife by hand and dry it completely after each use. Never place a sharp blade in the dishwasher, as it may hit other objects, such as glass and ceramic materials harder than steel. Do not use abrasives on the blade, such as a shine pad or scouring pad that may slightly scratch the metal.
2. Never place unprotected knives in a drawer, they will quickly become dull. You can use a magnetic magnetic strip for the knives. If you don't want a magnetic strip attached to the wall, buy a blade guard. This way you can place your knife in a drawer and keep the edge protected.
3. Use your knife only on a wooden, plastic or rubber cutting board. Never let the blade hit glass, granite, marble or ceramic.
